Neurological disorders are diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. There are more than 600 known neurological disorders, including epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson’s, etc.
Although Symptoms can vary but they may lead to:
- Loss of balance and coordination
- Loss of feeling (numbness)
- Memory loss
- Difficulty moving
Most neurological diseases are progressive, meaning that the worsen over time, making control and slowing of the diseases progression the main objective.

The brain is protected from bacteria, toxins and virus by the Blood-Brain Barrier (or BBB), a filtering mechanism of the capillaries that carry blood to the brain and spinal chord tissue, blocking the passage of certain substances.
The problem with the BBB is that not only does it protect the brain, but also it makes very difficult for implanted stem cells to get to the brain, and so, doctors at Rejuvenare utilize a specifically developed protocol to cross the blood brain barrier in order for the stem cell delivery to take place directly into the brain. Before any part of the actual procedure is done, the prospect patient must undergo an evaluation by Rejuvenare’s medical team to assess the their particular case and determine if he or she could be a candidate to later be later invited for treatment. Rejuvenare’s doctors will evaluate the patient’s current lab works and clinical and surgical history before anything else is done.
The whole procedure takes place over the course of three days in a clinical outpatient setting and there is little to no down time afterwards as all is done with local anesthesia.
First day – the patient undergoes an initial evaluation and blood work by Rejuvenare’s doctor. (1.5 hours). The patient is later sent to rest to their hotel.
Second day – The patient is transferred to the hospital at 6am to meet Rejuvenare’s team of hematologists for the harvesting of the bone marrow from the heleatic crest (or hip bone),, a painless 30 min procedure done under local anesthesia Approximately 300 ml of bone marrow will be harvested from the patient and will be immediately sent out to the lab to be processed with Rejuvenare’s proprietary technology while the patient is sent to his room to wait for his own processed cells to be ready for implantation.
At 2pm the powerful processed adult autologous stem cells are ready to be implanted via Rejuvenare’s revolutionary delivery protocols. This procedure takes less than 40 minutes under local anesthesia and will follow the protocols formulated by Rejuvenare’s medical team specifically for the patient and their particular condition.
About 20 minutes before stem cell implantation begins, a specially developed technique is used to facilitate the cells crossing the blood-brain barrier for a more effective stem cell delivery, after this, the patient’s own processed autologous stem cells are then delivered through a small catheter through the groin and through to the carotid artery.
Following the implant of cells, the patient is sent to rest.
Later this same evening, Rejuvenare’s doctors will assess the patient for discharge, and when released from the hospital, he/she will be transferred back to the hotel.
The patient is encouraged to rest and refrain from doing any strenuous activities.
Third day – On this day, the patient resumes their normal activities. They should try to rest and stay hydrated.
